I can roll!!!

Devin turned 5 weeks today and he rolled from tummy to back for the very first time on his 5 week birthday.  And he did it all without a single tear or fuss.  What a sweetheart.
Today I decided that it was time that I start giving Devin some tummy time.  I know I should have started tummy time weeks ago, but with soooo many feet in our home I worried about his safety.  I finally got up the nerve and gave it a try.  Devin enjoyed being on his tummy for just a few seconds and then he quickly decided that being on your back is way better than on your tummy so he rolled right over.  I rolled him back to his tummy 3 more times to see if it was a fluke, nope he prefers his back.

Heavenly Father blessed us with another sweet child Wednesday. The new baby Devin was born Nov 24th and was 8 lbs and 21 inches long.  The delivery went well and Nancie and Devin are doing very well. Devin was born with a small cleft Pallet and lip.  The doctor who will do the repair in 2 months let us know that it is going to be a simple repair in Devin's case and that the top of his mouth was all closed which is very good.  Devin was able to eat and breath well and we are happy that we are blessed to live in a time of advanced medicine and doctors who can help our children with their challenges.  Catherine, Trevor and Kaylinn are all so happy to have their new baby brother with them.  Just see their faces!.  We will have a very special holiday this year.  We are exceedingly blessed and are truly grateful for the blessing of being parents with such wonderful children.  We love them all so much and they bring us much joy and help us learn to be selfless. 

Swim Lessons

I decided that it was about time that Catherine learn how to swim. So we enrolled her for her first lessons at the local High School..  Trevor participated in a few lessons but he was not quite ready. Catherine loved the lessons. She became a DUCK!!!!!

Family Vacation part 4 Granpa Hill

After the wonderful trip to Yellowstone we headed back to
Idaho Falls for a good visit with more Grandparents and 
a Hill Family Reunion.

Grandma and Grandpa Hill met up with us at our hotel for a nice visit.

Summer Vacation Part 2

After the Recepetion Eric headed for home to finish out his week of work.
The children and I headed over to Grandma and Grandpa Hall's house
were we spent the 4 of July.

Summer vacation part 1

The end of June we loaded up the family and headed to Idaho for a Family Vacation.
The first part of our Vacation was the luncheon and reception of Amber and Dallin Laird.
