Catherine Turns 8

On November 17th Catherine turned..... 8

So we had a Birthday Party!!!!!!!
The Party was short and so sweet. Catherine has the sweetest friends.

We Celebrated with other Home-school Families

We did Trunk or Treat at the Church

(Trevor's Costume was cuter for Trunk or Treat

but I forgot to take photos)

We dressed up as Robots and Angels.

(I even made the costumes this year)

We also Trick or Treated a few homes in the neighborhood

Devin's 1st Birthday

Not sure how it is possible that my baby turned a year old!!!!

I think Devin had a GREAT Birthday!!!
Devin's favorite thing to do is EAT and that is what we did!!!

We are so grateful that Eric's Brother Glen and his BEAUTIFUL Family spent Thanksgiving with us this year.

We enjoyed great company, and lots of very yummy food.
Turkey, mashed potatoes, gravy, stuffing, peas, candied yams, rolls, jello, veggi plate, apples, cheese beef stick and crackers, chips, sparkling cider, pie, ice cream, and BIRTHDAY CAKE!!!!!!

Grandma and Grandpa Hall

Friday November 18th Grandma and Grandpa Hall arrived safe and sound. They drove on TERRIBLE roads to come and support Catherine. We are so grateful that they made it safely. We had a short but wonderful visit.

We had a very short time with Grandma and Grandpa Hall so we decided to see how much we could cram into a very narrow window. Grandparents arrived around dinner time Friday Night and headed for home Sunday morning.

So we

• Celebrated Catherine's 8th Birthday with a Family Party after dinner.
• Had a very special morning with Catherine, (more on that in a bit)
• Dined for lunch at Applebees Catherine were they employees sang a Birthday song for Catherine, ( and of course she was in Heaven),
• We took a tour a Christmas event in a local mansion
• Topped it all off with a mini Thanksgiving since we would not be able to spend the actual day with them.

Grandma and Grandpa Hall we are very grateful that you came and celebrated with us.

Devin is now walking all over the house, he has given up pushing stools and other objects around the house.

Visitors

Grandma And Grandpa Richardson came for a visit

Grandma Richardson spent most of her time reciting from memory Fairy Tales and other Classic Stories. Catherine kept asking for more and more and some more.

Grandpa Richardson spent much of his time doing projects with Eric and getting snuggles from Grandchildren, He even gave me a break with Grandma to go on a few errands without little ones. What a wonderful gift!!!!! Thank You !!!!!!!!!!

They brought PRESENTS!!!!!!!!!!!!

We are so grateful that Grandma and Grandpa were able to come and spend a few days with us.
