December

 Children's version of the Nativity
(I lost my baby Jesus at church  )
While setting up the Nativity Kaylinn told us the beautiful story of Christ's birth.  She is only 3 and last Christmas she was 2.  We have talked about it some this year but I was surprised at her knowledge of the Saviors birth.

Christmas morning

Catherine, Trevor, Kaylinn, and Devin were extra good this year.
So Santa spoiled them

Thank you Grandma's and Grandpa's Uncles and Aunts for all of the thoughtful gifts!!
Merry Christmas

December has been a wonderful celebration of the true meaning of Christmas and why we celebrate the way we do. However as a  family we experienced a couple of small tragedies.
Catherine's pet fish Lilly died.  Catherine was very sad.
Trevor fell and hit his head on the rocking chair sending us to the ER and coming home with 3 stitches.
As a Nation we also had a big Tragedy in Connecticut.
My Heart is still aching over that one so much so that I can not bring myself to write about it at this time.
